  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Cooking spray

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cakemix, creamer and oil until smooth. Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray then pour batter in. Place water in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave until boiling. Mix brown sugar and butter with the boiling water then pour mixture over batter. Place a paper towel before covering the pot (it will absorb moisture so that the cake won’t get soggy). Cook for 1 to 2 hours on high. What you need:

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 6-oz glass jar with lids
  • Water

Divide the condensed milk among the glass jars. Seal tightly with lids and place jars in a cooker, not touching each other. Pour water in the cooker, about 2 inches above the lids. Cover and cook for 10 hours on low. When ready, use tongs to remove jars from the cooker and allow to cool in room temperature.
