This Bacon Cheeseburger Noodle Bake is comfort food at its best. All of the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger in a pasta casserole! Ground beef, bacon, cheese, cheese soup, sour cream, hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and egg noodles. We ate this for lunch and fought over the leftovers for dinner. It is SO good! Whip up some green beans and rolls and dinner is done! One bite and this is sure to become a family favorite.

How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Noodle Bake

This casserole is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook egg noodles according to package directions for al dente. Drain pasta and set aside. 

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef, chopped bacon, hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire, cheddar cheese soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Stir in cooked egg noodles. Transfer pasta mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly.

  • Can substitute ground turkey or ground pork.
  • Can substitute Cheez Whiz for cheese soup if desired.
  • I use McCormick Hamburger Seasoning. You can substitute Montreal Steak Seasoning if you can’t find the hamburger seasoning.
  • I use precooked bacon strips to cut down on prep time. 
    • Feel free to cook bacon for this recipe. You will need ¾ pound of bacon.
  • Feel free to add onions, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, or bell pepper to the pasta mixture for extra flavor.
  • Can Bacon Cheeseburger Noodle Bake be made in advance? Yes! Assemble the casserole and cover the pan with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Can Bacon Cheeseburger Noodle Bake be frozen? Yes! Assemble the casserole and cool completely. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Freeze for up to three months.
    • When ready to bake, thaw and bake as directed.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  • 1 (12-oz) package medium egg noodles
  • pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger seasoning
  • ¾ cup cooked chopped bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (16-oz) container sour cream
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
