Tuesday is Maurice Bichette’s favorite working day of the week. On Tuesdays, the government chef at The Legacy Restaurant at Nancy Lopez Legacy State Club prospects cooking lessons at the restaurant. He teaches attendees how to make a 3-study course food, which includes a salad, dessert and entree.
