What’s Cooking: Community meals this week

Community non-revenue present fish and other foods this week.

• Wine Wander, 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, downtown South Bend. Three wines or beers paired with complimentary modest plate of appetizers. Cost: $45/man or woman for meals and drink $28/person for meals only Eventbrite service fees added. Buy your tickets by Eventbrite at the DTSB office, 217 S. Michigan St., 7 days of the stroll or Will Simply call on the Gridiron (stroll up or push-through) from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on the working day of the wander. • Fish Fry, 4 to 7 p.m. CDT Friday, Fish Lake Conservation Club, 7873 S. Indiana 4, Fish Lake. Solitary serving shrimp: $10. All you can eat fish: grown ups, $10 little ones (9 and younger), $5 preschoolers, free of charge. One serving hen strips: grown ups, $9 young children (9 and youthful), $5 preschoolers, free. Pop and desserts accessible for order. Dine-in and carryout offered.

• Kitchen area Open, 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday-Thursday 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. American Legion Publish 284, 23571 Grant Highway, South Bend, 574-289-4459. Dine-in or carryout. Non-smoking cigarettes publish.

• Kitchen area Open up, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday, American Legion Article 357, 5414 W. Sample St., South Bend, 574-234-5073. Fish fry as well as complete menu on Fridays. Charge: differs.
